Return Policy
All sales at Jeffery Stuart are final and we do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds at any time. If a customer changes their mind before an item is shipped, please contact us and we will issue a refund in the full amount.
Most of the items we sell are vintage, meaning there may be signs of light age and use related wear. We take pride in selecting only the finest vintage items to sell and if a particular item does not meet our quality standards we will restore, refinish or rework it until it is in home-ready condition. Please view item photos as they can be the best descriptor of condition as well as view the condition report before purchase. We are always ready to answer any questions or provide additional photos of any particular item so please do not hesitate to ask by filing out a contact form.
We take great care in packaging and shipping your items with nearly a decade of experience in shipping fine mid century modern art, furniture and design. We have an excellent track record in getting our items to their new homes in one piece, but damage during transit can sometimes occur - albeit extremely rarely. If damage does occur during shipping, it is the responsibility of the customer to file an insurance claim with the relevant shipping company to receive compensation.
